Shipping & Return

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS

All our goods are shipped to you via Australia Post's regular parcel service. We also offer Express Post and insurance for added peace of mind. (At an additional cost.)

Your order will be dispatch within 1-3 business days of receipt of full payment. Please then allow 2-5 days for delivery. If your order does not arrive after 5 business days, please Contact Us and we will immediately work on rectifying the situation.

Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box address. We require a physical residential/business address for shipping. (Although some exceptions may be made for customers in remote areas.)

Goods are legally the buyer's responsibility once they have been dispatched. Therefore we offer and recommend Postage Insurance on all orders to protect against damage in transit. Insurance rates are: $3.80 for purchases of up to $100 + $1.20 for every $100 in item value.

**Note: International customers are exempt from paying 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

All goods and prices on Wholesale-Clothing.com.au are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). To convert AUD into your local currency, please visit www.xe.com, or use the drop down box selector on top of the website to change prices on the site.

We off 3 ways of shipping your order:

  • Air Mail: Estimated delivery time 3 to 10 working days. No tracking or insurance available.
  • Sea Mail: Estimated delivery time can range to 3 months. Cheapest method of shipping, ideal for heavy/large orders. No tracking or insurance available. Not available to New Zealand or Asia Pacific region.
  • Express Post International: Estimated delivery time 3 to 7 working days. Parcel is insured and tracked.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated upon checkout and are based on International Parcel shipping prices issued by Australia Post(effective from 15 September 2008). Shipping plus handling costs calculated on your shopping cart are displayed to you when you checkout.

RETURNS

We have a 7 day satisfaction guarantee for faulty or damaged goods.

This means that if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily replace any faulty or damaged goods (at no extra charge).
